Q: What are school hours?
A: 6th - 12th gr. starts at 8:06 a.m. and dismisses at 2:45 p.m. Elementary starts at 8:30 a.m. and dismisses at 3:00 p.m. School Offices are open until 4:00 p.m.

Q: How do you buy lunch tickets?
A: Lunch tickets may be purchased everyday, all day in the Finance Office. You may also purchase them Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning until 10:00 a.m. in the kitchen.

Q: Why is tuition due in July when the school doesn't start until September (late Aug.)?
A: Tuition is divided into 11 equal monthly payments, July-May.

Q: What do I do in case of bad weather?
A: In cases of inclement weather conditions, Cedar Park Christian Schools will follow the local public school closure/delay announcements as listed below. The website will also be updated when school is delayed or closed.

Q: How do I order high school transcripts for my student?
A: Transcripts are ordered via the Transcript Request Form, which must be signed by the parent. The form is submitted with a stamped, addressed envelope and are processed by the Finance Office before being approved for release. Please note that only high school courses are included on the high school transcript.

Q: I can't get access to FACTS (formerly Renweb)?
A: If you have any FACTS/Renweb account issues, please email

A: If you are unable to change or reset your FACTS/Renweb password, please email

Q: I didn't get my student's report card?
A: If you have any report card issues, please call the school and the receptionist will connect you to the correct staff member to help resolve your issues.

Q: Do you have bus service?
A: Daily shuttles are available before and after school to Monroe and Bellevue - See Transportation. All other students arrive and depart via private transportation from families or carpools.

The week before school starts – Back-to-School Night 

  • In the evening for parents/students
  • Teacher assignments are given out
  • Meet the teacher and see the classroom
  • School supplies list available (also offered on CPC website before Back-to-School night)
  • Lunch tickets, traffic pattern, volunteer sign-ups, etc.

Middle School

The week before school starts – Middle School Orientation (parents and students)

  • Class schedules handed out (no need to preregister for classes.)  School supplies list available (also offered on CPC website before the Orientation.)
  • Meet the teachers and see visit the classrooms
  • Class specific supplies—given out at orientation or the first week of school
  • Purchase ASB card, lunch tickets, lockers etc.
  • Lockers: you can request a locker partner or one will be assigned 
  • Middle School Band  – contact the band teacher at MS Orientation or the first week of school.
  • 6th Grade Family Night: Second week after school starts. Parents/students/teachers gather in community to share a meal and review the year.
  • 6th Grade Electives: All students rotate through each of these quarter-long electives:
    • Art
    • Computers
    • Healthy Living
    • Drama
    • Additionally, students have the opportunity to participate in Beginning Band, with or without experience.  Band class occurs during recess, four days a week, so does not take away from academic instructional time.

High School

  • Class schedules available mid-August via on-line parent portal, ParentsWeb. 
  • ASB cards, lunch tickets, parking permits, planners available mid-August
  • Second week of school – High School Back to School Night (parents only)
    • Meet the teachers and see visit the classrooms
    • Syllabus, curriculum, and expectations reviewed


  • Middle/High School Sports Orientation (prior to MS Orientation)
  • High School Fall sports start in mid-August (see calendar)
  • Middle School Fall sports start the first day of school (Boys football starts early August)
  • Need physical before starting any sport (good for 2 years)
    • Need to sign up or you can get form from the CPCS website and get your family doctor to complete and sign.

First Day of School

  • All 6-12 graders meet in the Sanctuary to kick off school year.

First Week of School

  • PE uniform: needs to be purchased, order forms given out first week of class
  • ASB cards: can be purchased at orientation night and 1st week of school
  • Lunch cards: can be purchased at orientation night and 1st week of school or in Finance Office
